Most packages charge per room and per bathroom, plus a flat amount that covers the odds and ends every visit needs. A couple are billed hourly per cleaner instead. Either way, a real person confirms your final rate before booking.

Room-priced packages total your rooms, bathrooms, and any add-ons you pick (inside oven, interior windows, baseboards, and a few others); hourly packages total your hours and cleaner count instead. Either way, your package's minimum-visit length applies automatically. Recurring cleaning uses the Standard Clean rates above, with 10% off applied automatically for weekly or biweekly bookings.

Why your first visit can cost more
Your first visit is priced under the First Visit or Standard package, whichever the home needs. Once you're on a recurring schedule, later visits are lighter maintenance on the same rooms. That's what the recurring discount reflects, not a bait-and-switch on the base price.
