Room-priced packages charge per room and per bathroom, plus a fixed buffer for miscellaneous cleaning — with a minimum visit length on every booking. From there, any add-ons you pick (inside oven, interior windows, baseboards, and a few others) add to the total, and booking weekly or biweekly takes 18% off the package automatically.

Your first visit is priced under the First Visit or Standard package, whichever the home needs. Once you're on a recurring schedule, later visits are lighter maintenance on the same rooms. That's what the recurring discount reflects, not a bait-and-switch on the base price.
